Personnel policy
ŽPSV s.r.o., is a promising company with a planned expansion into foreign markets. As of December 31, 2021, it employs over 500 people.
In recent years, we have managed to make a number of investments in production facilities, we have managed to raise European money to improve the energy balance of the Uherský Ostroh plant and for further training of employees. Professional and personal development of employees is important to us and is one of our priorities. We cooperate with secondary school and university students, both during the holidays and during the school year.
